I offer 60, 75 and 90 minute appointments. Your time on the table will be for that full amount of time. I conduct a brief intake before your session in order to establish goals and how your session will proceed.

First time clients should plan for a 15 minute verbal health history intake and assessment. This helps me to gather the best information for best possible outcomes.
