Guided Meditation to Help You Get Back to Sleep

Earlier this week I had the privilege to present to a group of parents on the topic of Self-Care.  The class was being taught by Blair Skinner – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

A common problem each of the parents was facing was the fact that they were waking in the middle of the night with their minds racing and not being able to fall back asleep.  I took them through a guided meditation to help them relax and illustrate how they can implement this strategy to ease back to sleep.  Blair suggested that I record a meditation and make it available.

So I’ve done just that.  This is the kind of thing that I love to be able to offer to anybody that can use it.  The meditation is ten minutes long.  Feel free to download it and play it any time that you like.
